By accessing or using any part of the Contact Owl platform, services, or training (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services. It’s that simple.

1. 🧾 Subscriptions & Billing

Contact Owl offers multiple subscription tiers: CRM-Only, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Setup fees for Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans are non-refundable.

CRM-Only subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

2. 🔁 Refund Policy

Refunds are only available on Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans within the first 30 days of subscription. CRM-Only plans are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

3. 🔐 Account Access & Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. If someone breaks into your account and spams your grandma with marketing texts, that’s on you. Keep it secure.

4. 🚫 Acceptable Use

Don’t be shady. No spam, fraud, harassment, scraping, hacking, or violating laws (like TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or GDPR). Contact Owl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive or illegal activity without notice.

5. 🧠 AI & Automation Tools

Our platform includes AI-powered tools for messaging, funnels, content generation, and automation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using it publicly or commercially.

6. 🔧 Platform Updates

We’re constantly improving things. Features may be added, changed, or removed as we iterate. We’ll do our best to notify you of major changes, but we reserve the right to update the platform without prior notice.

7. 🤝 Limitation of Liability

We provide Contact Owl “as is.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we’re not liable for any damages that may result from platform downtime, automation errors, or user mistakes. Use it smartly and back up your data.

8. 🛠️ Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Google, Zapier, QuickBooks, Shopify). By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms. We’re not responsible for their performance or actions.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State or Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Contact Owl is based.
